The History of “Palkki” company originates in 2010. All the houses are built of hardwood laminated veneer lumber (pine and spruce), which production is on the basis of the largest Finnish “MammuttiHirsi” plant. The company is fully adhere to the quality standards set by the European partners. Application of the latest technologies of a woodworking and high-strength polar wood allows to build constructions of any forms and dimensions.

Palkki – houses which create mood of his owners and reflect their character. Architectural Collection of houses projects is extremely varied. Both model projects are offered, and bespoke design of any complexity profile according to the tastes of future owner.

The simplicity and conciseness peculiar to Scandinavian culture became the foundation and philosophy of the company. We have suggested to use geometric figures as a basis for our corporate style. On this basis, we have built a logo and pattern. Natural, recyclable materials emphasize a high level of environmental friendliness and care about the world around. As a visual language we used universal designations of the construction materials (wood, metal, soil, concrete, etc.) applied on drawings of houses plans. Thus we have managed to convey the line of activity of the company directly.
